Homeschooling Hearts & Minds is turning into a craft blog for one week! That’s right, each day, starting on Monday, visit me for a brand-new tutorial for a simple, inexpensive, gift-worthy project. There are even a couple the kids can help you with!
As each tutorial goes live, it will be linked to the Handmade Holidays Tutorials and Linkup post. You will also find a linky there so YOU can link up your own tutorials or crafty ideas you stumble across on the web.
And in the spirit of giving, one lucky reader will receive a very special prize package…
completed versions of the crafts I’m going to show you how to make!
The winner will receive, ready for gift-giving:
a set of 6 colorful Kaleidoscope Coasters;
a set of 3 Peace, Love, and Joy beaded door hangers;
and their choice of 3 of these beaded bookmarks!
Giveaway is open to those over 18 in the US.
Deadline to enter: Saturday, December 3, 2011, midnight EST. Winner will be chosen via Random.org.
Mandatory to enter: Let’s make this easy---leave a comment telling us what this season mean to you. You must leave your email address in your comment if it is not visible in your profile. If I can’t find your email and you win, I’ll have to pick another winner. You may disguise it: susanadale at gmail dot com.
Optional additonal entries (please leave a separate comment for each entry):
- Spread the word by blogging about this giveaway or the Handmade Holiday Tutorials and linkup.
- Share this giveaway or the Handmade Holiday Tutorials and Linkup on Twitter. Please include a link to your Tweet.
- Add a link to your own tutorial or a nifty craft idea you find on the web to the Linkup post. Please note in your comment which link was yours.
- Follow me in GFC or subscribe to Homeschooling Hearts & Minds via email (best way to make sure you don’t miss a tutorial ;0).
Disclosure: This giveaway and tutorial event is sponsored solely by me.

This season means catching up with family, friends, and sleep! I started back to school this fall and have not seen my friends for months and I'm exhausted!

Christmas is all about remembering God's son, sent as a baby to this world to save us. The season for us is a time to celebrate with family and friends.

This season means happy memories of family, silly songs and dances, and too much good food.
But most of all, the Christmas season continues to remind me to be thankful for all God has done for me.

This season is about spending as much time with my family as possible!
This season means so much more to me than seasons past. This season means experiencing things for the first time. After receiving my cochlear baha in Oct of this year, It will be the first year I will be able to hear all the sounds of the season including my children's squeals of joy, the Christmas music, the fmaily chatter, etc. What a gift!
