Free Volume Measurement Flash Cards

When you’ve got a highly visual kid, sometimes you need to create some of your own materials to make things stick.  David will be going over imperial volume measurements and equivalents shortly, and he’s already asked me why we use these stupid measurements when metric is so much easier.
It occurred to me that having a visual representation would help him commit these to memory, so I designed 8 full-color flash cards. 
How would you like the free pdf to download and use with your kids?
Just print in color onto cardstock and cut these apart.  Laminate if you want (I did).  I cut these to 4” x 5.” 

A caveat:  I “eyeballed” the spacing for the cards, so pay attention when you cut them out.    Cut down the center evenly between the cards vertically first, then horizontally, then trim to your desired size.
